New camera and Photoshop elements does not recognise Raw

I have recently bought a Canon Eos M10 to be my handy lightweight camera. It was all going fine until I tried using Raw, my Photoshop elements 13 does not open a Raw file from it.

I am all updated so it is not that, can anyone help?

Premiere Elements 13 supports up to Camera Raw 9.0

You need Camera Raw 9.3 for that model camera.

You will need Photoshop Elements 15 or Photoshop Elements 2018 to use Camera Raw 9.3
