New Camera - not downloading RAW

I just purchased the Fugifilm x-T20 and Elements 12 does not load the RAW files.  If I upgrade to Elements 15 will the problem be solved or is there another answer?

    Yes, upgrading to PSE15 will work.

    With PSE15, use the menu Help >> Update to get the latest version of the ACR plugin.

    If you want to use PSE12, download the free Adobe DNGconverter mentioned in that faq to be able to batch convert a whole folder of your .RAF files to the DNG raw format that PSE12 can read and edit. An additional step, no extra cost.
