New PC and update elements and Premere

Hi All,

For 10 years or longer I have been using Elements and Premere 14 on a 10 year old PC. It has been a workhorse but is WIN 7 and having issues. I now have a new PC with WIN 11. I was using Elemenets 14 but would like to upgrade to the most current version or both. Do I need to first download the old (paid for & only downloaded once) version onto my new PC and then upgrade to take advantage of the current users upgrade price discount or can I download the latest version at a reduced cost?

No need to install the older version first.  But you may need to first enter the old serial number to confirm that you are a qualified upgrade purchaser (with a discounted price).  If you use the Organizer, you can backup your old catalog and restore it to the new computer using Elements 2024.  The catalog will be converted to the newer version.
