New printer Adobe won’t print

I have adobe elements 12 and I had to get a new printer, old one broke. Installed new printer but now can't print from adobe, works fine everywhere else. Please help.

1. Go on the web site of the manufacturer of the new printer and make sure that you have the most recent printer driver. 

2. In Editor, go to Edit>Preference>General and delete preferences on next launch.
