I have just recently purchased adobe photo shop elements 15 as i am a photographer and i wanted it for edits I wanted to make sure it was going to be worth my time and money, and that i could do overlays on them with out light room and what not

    I haven't used overlays, but this vendor says that their overlays will work with PSE:
