Hi Adobists

My laptop recently died suddenly, so I needed to deactivate it a device from my Account. But when I logged in, my photoshop product was shown (hence I knew it was the correct account), but it showed NO devices. But it is installed on my home computer as well as the dead laptop.

Help??

You can always contact Adobe support to reset your activations.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

or X (was Twitter):

Activated devices are only shown for Adobe subscription programs, not for Photoshop Elements.  In order to deactivate an Elements license, you need to sign out from the Editor's Help menu.
