No Align

Photoshop 17. If I am using the Clone Stamp or the Healing Brush I have no Aligned in the Options Bar. Also there is no Sample all layers if I use the Healing Brush Tool? What are your suggestions to fix this problem. I do have these items in Photoshop 15. Thanks.

I would suggest you uninstall it selecting delete all preferences.

Reboot and try re-installing again

I had enable narrow options bar checked. Thanks I unchecked that and it fixed the problem. So simple if you know what to do. Much appreciated.

Are you using photoshop cc 2017 or photoshop elements?

If it's photoshop cc 2017, maybe you have Enable Narrow Options Bar checked

If so, uncheck it and restart photoshop

Photoshop CC>Preferences>Workspace

Windows

Edit>Preferences>Workspace

Easiest way to get back to defaults is to reset the Tool, or reset All Tools (left end of Options Bar). I'd be surprised if that did not fix it, but resetting Preferences would pretty much have to.
