In Elements 19 on iMac, why when I double click on a photo in organiser to go to the enlarged version do I just get a large grey square with a question mark in the centre ?

    In the 'More like this' section on the right of the present display, I see a similar question:

    Photos will not show in fullview in Organizer 15

    Thank you very much for your help Michel !! That works ok I also have tried reducing the overall size of the browser slightly this also works ok. Thank you again from a less frustrated Churchy.
