I am a new user of Photoshop Elements 2018. I created an album of our family reunion and successfully uploaded it to produce a book. Now when I return to the program and click on Albums, it is not listed. If I go to Event Tags the name of the reunion is there, but when I click on the binoculars I get the message "No media is available. Please clear applied filter and try again." I don't know what filter I've applied or how to clear it. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi,

You could find Keyword Tag, People Tag, Place Tag and Event Tag.

Please expand each of these and see if any option is checked. If So, Please uncheck those.

Also, in View -> Media Type,  Please check all the options.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I checked the Tags menu. None of them are checked. I also checked the View Media and all are checked. So unfortunately that is not the issue.

Are you in the All Media view? If not simply click grid or the back button. From there you should be able to open the info or tags panels by clicking bottom right. Or click bottom left to open the albums or folders panel.
