No Pen Tool in Photoshop Elements 2021

I can't figure out how to get the pen tool in my photoshop. I've been looking up help on this and can't seem to figure it out.

Photoshop Elements introduced in 2001 has never had a Pen Tool without the use of third party plugins.

Photoshop with a Creative Cloud Subscription is the one with the Pen Tool.

(before that is was Photoshop, Photoshop CS.x and Photoshop CC)

    I think that the pen tool is no longer accessible in Elements+ since PSE15

    This is absolutely horrible! The pen tool, and especially the bézier curves was the best tool Photoshop ever made! I bought PS Elements but couldn't find it. But I just thought they had hidden it somewhere I couldn't find. I have actually gone away from using the entire program, because I couldn't find the pen tool. But now you say that they actually have removed it entirely??? Why on earth would they go do something stupid like that? What am I supposed to use instead? I absolutely hate all the fancy semi-intelligent tools that makes everything look like the same! 😞 ... I'm not even sure that I want the darn program, if they destroyed my bézier curves tool? 😞

    Adobe: Please say that this is just a nightmare, and that I can get my bézier curves again!
