No single photos after upgrade.

I just upgraded to PE 2020, and updated my catalogs. When I open them, I get the thumbnails, but when I try to get an individiual picture, there's only a blank with ? in it. How do I correct this?

How did you "update" your catalogs? Are the files "missing"? That is the normal meaning of a question mark. Alternatively, the thumbnails are being rebuilt and are not yet available. What happens if you update a single image? (Ctrl+Shift+U)? If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of what you are seeing.
