No timeline option

Hello. My photoshop doesn't even show the timeline option under windows?

I opened a new file, chose film and video. Size HDV/HDTV 720p/ 29.97.

Please help.

The Timeline panel is only in photoshop, not photoshop elements.

Photoshop elements is a consumer oriented version of photoshop and as such doesn't have all the features of photoshop.
