non-alphabetic order of persons while adding in organizer

I think the issue is seen the best at the pic. In Organizer I click on a unknown person and click on the "name" field to add a person. The I type in the first character, e.g. H... The a list of persons starting with H appears (good)... However the order of these persons is without any logic (neither I can adjust/configure this!)... This sort/order is not sufficient. Alphabetic sort or sort depending on number on pics of person would make sense...

So please HELP...
