My Elements 14 has stopped working.  It keeps saying not enough memory RAM. I have reloaded both Elements14 and Windows10 but it still wont work?

A registry fix is required.

Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10

It doesn't help.  I followed the steps but still not enough memory.  Thanks for trying to help.
