Not installing on Mac OS Monterey

I am having trouble downloading my new 2022 PSE.  I already have the Monterey downloaded.  I read there's issues.  Any solutions yet, so I can get it installed?  It installs up to 8 percent but pretty much just stays there.

Installation should have went fine without any issues, although there is an issue with Mac OS 12.0.1 around launch of application.

Could you please collect logs using the Adobe log collector tool and share with us to investigate further: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Done! Hopefully this will bring about the needed changes! Pretty frustrating to purchase brand-new software, only to have it not work!

When you used the log collector tool, it should have created a log folder containing all the logs - details of which is available on the screens when you are using that tool.

 

Could you please share those logs with me?
