I am so LOST!!  I had to get a new computer and redownloaded Photoshop Elements 12.  I have windows 10 I can not read ANYTHING!!  It is so small I am a newbie to this stuff and will need a step by step instructions on how to do a permanent fix.  If I need to do it in Photoshop I don't know how as I can not read anything!! Frustrated

    Hi,

    I'm assuming that your new computer has a high definition screen which came out well after PSE 12 was released.

    As Bob said, PSE 12 does not recognise a high density screen .

    Your options are to either upgrade to the latest version of PSE or to change your monitor display options.

    In Windows 10, right click on a blank part of the desktop and select  Display settings

    In the section Display and layout, select  125% or 150% from the dropdown list - see if that improves the visibility.

    The only thing that you can do is to change your monitor resolution.  Premiere Elements 12 has no user interface sizing options.
