I have had Elements 12 installed for years.  Suddenly, when I try to start it up, it tells me that I have a trial version, and wants me to pay for it.

I just went through that with an older PSE version yesterday. It kept saying max # devices were using it or serial was wrong etc.The agent said in chat he fixed something and then it was fine. I'm trying to wait for PSE 2022 and wanted to use the old one as I plan to stop the Full Photoshop subscription this fall as I only really need Dreamweaver.
