Nothing happens when I draw in Photoshop Elements 13 (Graphic tablet)

Hello, can someone help me with this problem?
One day I wanted to draw with Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, and when I tried to draw, nothing happened or it just moves a picture when zoomed in. I had Huion H610 Graphic Tablet. Well, then I changed my graphic tablet into Huion DWH69, but it didn't work, sadly. Suddenly It kind of started to work when I unchecked the "Support TabletPC" box, but It doesn't have any pen pressure when I draw. Sorry if my explanation wasn't very clear, but can someone help me with this problem?
