Now that i have learned that my recently purchased Elements 26 is incompatible with Windows 10 how do I get my money back?

When my Elements 14 licence expired I upgraded to Elements 26 only to discover that I cannot run it with Windows 10. How do I get a refund?

    I had pse 2026  working just fine on windows 10.   Have you tried installing it?

    About your refund:  If it’s within 30 days of your purchase you shouldn’t have any problem. 

    PSE is not a subscription- it is a 3 year term license.   Anything about a refund for subscription item simply does not apply to PSE.

      Sorry it didn’t work out for you.   Did you try installing just the trial version, which works for 7 days?

      Even if you move onto something else, that’s fine, I just happen to really love the software.   

      No I don’t work for Adobe.   Adobe employees always have the little red A at about the 8 o clock position on their profile picture.
