bonjour
j'ai acheté un pc Lenovo avec également une licence Photoshop elements 2023 dans mon panier.  
j'ai reçu le mail ci-dessous :

j'ai tapé le code fourni lors de l'installation de Photoshop elements 2023 et cela m'a donné un numéro de série Photoshop. 
 
mais celui-ci ne fonctionne pas. 
Photoshop me signale qu'il est  « révoqué ».

You can contact Adobe Support by going to this page and clicking on the chat symbol shown in my screenshot:

 

 

 I agree that they are making it more and more difficult to contact support.

    I have removed the images with serial/redemption codes so that they cannot be further used by others. 

    The problem with revoked serial numbers, particularly with third-party (e.g. Lenovo) sellers is not uncommon.  It is necessary for you to contact Adobe Support to assist you with this issue.  You may also have to contact Lenovo support to resolve the problem.

    I spent 2 hours today to try to find Adobe support and Lenovo support pages. 

    I only found FAQ &  how to buy products. 

    seems those organizations want to discourage people to contact them! 

    no way to find their support ticket tool... 

    do you know how to contact Adobe support please?

    Log in to your Adobe account at www.adobe.com  Go to Help & Support. In the chat box type "Agent." You will then have the option to go on with the chat or connect by phone.

      Vous êtes dans un forum public, et toutes les informations que vous donnez ici peuvent être utilisées par n'importe qui. Dans votre cas, un fournisseur d'Elements extérieur à Adobe vous donne un code alphanumérique que vous pouvez échanger selon la procédure prévue par Adobe par un véritable code de licence Adobe (24 chiffres sans lettres). Tout lecteur du code d'échange peut donc l'utiliser et l'échanger pour lui-même, ce qui invalide le code d'échange pour vous. J'ai donc bien peur que vous ayez des difficultés à valider votre achat...

      je me suis posé la question en insérant la copie d'écran. 

      cependant, comme le code d'échange m'a donné un numéro de série qui ne fonctionne pas, je me suis dit que ce n'était pas grave... 😉
