Oganiser has frozen on PSE 2023

Any suggestions? I am nothing like an expert with computers - so please keep it simple.

If Photoshop Elements Organizer is frozen, try force quitting and restarting the application. Reset preferences by holding down Shift+Ctrl (Windows) or Shift+Cmd (Mac) while launching the app.
