oki data c711 (white Toner) and Forever A & B paper - Using Photo Shop

Hello,

I am trying to get some help here. l am trying to start a business. I bought a heat press machine and oki data c711 and using photo shop and Gimp. (The heat press machine is awesome working with vinyl and my silhoette cutter, then i read about Oki and forever paper, I think it's the biggest rip off of my hard working money in my life!!!!

I am running into problems.

1) I have issue unable to marry forever sheet A&B. The A got completely stuck to B and I followed the instructions.

2) When I print the the image from photoshop or gimp. I remove the white background and click transparent and when I print and remove background, everything in background is white, after i did to transparent and remove background nothing.

I have some orders for shirts and not getting anywhere and used about 25 sheet's(waste of money and toner). I practiced on reg paper and kinda getting discouraged. HELP!!!!

I tried trouble shooting with these videos, and still nothing.. HELP! Please
