Old computer crashed....serial number is already in use

Hi,

My old computer crashed and had to be replaced, on installing Adobe Photoshop

 E1ements 14 on my new pc I get ………..

The serial number is already in use by the max allowed computers . you must deactivate  another computer to use this product again on this computer …………

As my old pc was a right off I have no way of doing this.
