  • I purchased elements 13 a few years back but never used it but now want to install on laptop but get message key has been revoked. Is there anyway to get updated key

    Thanks to everyone who responded I contacted Adobe and they took very good care of me. Now to start learning the software.

    Paul,

    If you installed it from a disk I assume that you have the serial number. Use that. If not, did you register the software with Adobe? If so, there should be a download link in your Adobe account.

    Be aware that you can install the software on two computers, and if you wish to install on a third machine, you need to deactivate on one of the others.
