Older versions of elements and windows 10

CAn not install my older version of photoshop elements on my new windows 10 computer.  HELP since no one at Adobe or MIcrosoft seems to care

    I believe it is version 1.0.1

    error message says "you need to have Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater to install Photoshop Elements   Setup will now quit"

    I have Windows 10.   10>4

    Hi,

    Could you please share the details of the version that you are trying to install on your system, and also the details of the error and the error screens that you get while installing?

    Also, I would suggest you to please check the system requirements for Elements here: Photoshop Elements system requirements
