On Photoshop Elements install I get error (MSVCP120.dll was not found)

On Photoshop Elements install I get error (MSVCP120.dll was not found) even after install of VC_redist.x86.exe and VC_redist.x64.exe. I can find multiple instance of msvcp120.dll on my Windows 11 Enterprise x64-based computer using Search.
