one note stopping printing from photoshop

we recently installed microsoft 10 soft wear to our computer .. at first there was no problems printing from my adobe elements 2013 ..now one note has highjacked the printing from photo shop and wont allow me to use my external printer to print my images

has anybody else had this problem ???

how did you fix it ???

tried deleting the program and making my canon printer the default printer still not working

1. Can you print via other applications, e.g. Paint which is installed by default in Windows 10? With either one of your printers?

2. Do you have the latest drivers for your printers?

3. Have you reset preferences to default in Photoshop Elements 2013?

4. Have you contacted Microsoft support?

ok weve updated the drivers for photoshop elements 2013 removed photoshop then reinstalled photoshop.

removed one note.. clicked prefered printer a no. of times still nothing

I can print from a word document ..Its photoshop elements that is the problem it wont allow me to print at all

and yes ive contacted microsoft they told me to contact adobe

so what can i do I need to be able to print off elements as i use it for my job as an artist
