One off download payment elements?

Hi! Can anyone help? I had an old version of photoshop elements on my old laptop (disc version) and I've had to upgrade my laptop and has no disc drive to reinstall. I don't use it a lot so not willing to pay monthly/annual fees. Is there a version of elements that can be downloaded for a one off payment? Thanks

We assume you're on Windows. Modern Macs will not run old versions of Elements.

In case for whatever reason you can't get your present photoshop elements version to work, all photoshop elements versions thus far including the newest photoshop elements 2024 are perpetual license versions, meaning no subscription, just a one time purchase price.
