Online album won't open in any browser in Windows 10

Hello, I've created an online album in Photoshop 9 Essentials and saved the files on my hard drive. Every time I try to open the index.html I get a blank coloured page or the same page with a opening file icon in the shape of a book that doesn't end. In file explorer the preview for the index.html file is simply a message that I need to update the flash player to Version 9 or higher. Windows 10 comes with version 26.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
