Online Backup of Organizer

I've been using Elements forever. Organizer is great. I love the ability to link audio with photos. The albums and tags are great, too. 

I would like the entire Organizer to be available online. Is there a way to get this done?  Without losing my dead relatives audio files attached to certain photos? Is there a phone app version I don't know about?
