I can't access Elements Premiere 2022 as i keep being asked to sign in and register, when i go to enter my activation code I am presented with the following:

 

Oops! This code has already been redeemed using a different Adobe ID

 

How do I resolve this?

    Go to the Products page of the Adobe.com account that you used to register the program.  It will contain your serial number.

    Redemption codes can only be used once to obtain a serial number.

    Purchased from Software to go just over a year ago and I only have the 16 digit redemption code
