Open a file in Elements 15

1. When opening a file from Faststone, It will launch elements editor but not the file itself.

2. When opening the next file, it doesn't default to the previously opened file.

Is there a way to correct either of these issues?

When you select pse 15 for your external editing program, point to the

PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
