Open and closed Eyes in Photoshop 2018

I have downloaded Photoshop 2018 on the 30 Trial I was trying the Open and Closed Eyes I was Following Rick Peterson on Youtube but it is not working as in the Video Open Closed Eyes with Photoshop Elements 2018 - YouTube  this is the Video on the step by step guide when I get to step 5 when I click on the computer I do not get the box up in step 6 when I click on the computer I get my photo's Folder and not the box in step 6 and I do not get the photos like in step 6 where Rick and his Wife are side by side ( Please Help Me)   it is not working right there some thing wrong some where
