Question

Opening Adobe Elements Premiere 13 and Adobe Photoshop Elements in 2013.

I purchased Adobe Elements Premiere 13 and Adobe Photoshop Elements in 2013.  The computer recently crashed and all of the software had to be reloaded.  During the Adobe software loading process,  I was asked  to sign into my account, and provide the purchase code, to allow the software to open.  The software downloaded seemingly correct.  Yet, the packages did not open after the information was provided.  Subsequently, the program kept asking for me to sin in and created an unending loop.  Likewise, my Adobe account shows the software was purchaed but did not provide a way for me to open it.

12-year-old software on new machines can be problematic.  A lot has changed.

Which operating system do you have?

Also, after installing, did you restart your computer?

    MODERN OPTIONS:
Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements 2025 (3 year license).

I upgraded the computer to Windows 10 abiout a year ago.  The hard drive crashed and Windows 10 was reinstated about one week ago.  Yes, I restarted the computer once the software was reinstalled.   I appreciate the MODERN OPTIONS also.

First, I get this messsage and I sign in.

Afterwards, I get this message and I go to the URL

It ask me to sign in again , althiugh I have alrady signed in.  Iyt does not allow me to open or use the program.  It creates a "sign in" loop.  Initailly, it allowed me to download the software and inset the purchase codes however

The information you sent was appreciated.  I followed the guidelines under https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/signing-into-and-activating-legacy-adobe-applications/td-p/14372541?linkId=100000317260086

My phone's camera does not support QR codes.  Hence, I  followed the remaining steps and the cycle ciontinued, aasindicated before.
