When I open a file in Expert View, it comes up in a small rectangle in top left corner but I cannot get it on to the main area together with the tool bars. I can open it in Quick view together with the too;d but if I change to Exoert, the tools disappear!!
Photoshop Elements 14 and preference to allow floating documents in expert mode?
It's a known bug which has been solved in the four following versions.
workaround:
In the bottom icon bar, select layout >> all floating.
