Opening images in PSE 15

Have the same problem but it seems to be with any type of images

You have just discovered a serious bug which appeared after the lateste Windows 10 (1803) update.

Elements 15: floating images open extremely small in the editor

Until a real workaround is found, you might set your preferences to disable the option to 'open documents in floating windows in expert mode'.
