Organiser 2020 crashes on opening

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can contact Adobe directly? I cannot find an email, Chat or phone number.

I'm working on Mac OSX 10.13.6. I recently bought Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2020. Elements Editor and Premiere opens without issue but Organiser crashes each time.

I've changed preferences and tried the 'open whilst holding shift' method without success.

Contact details for Adobe would be helpful.
