organiser 2022 date and time changes

Hi folkes, can anyone help please. When i load iphone photo or photos to mac it shows in finder the correct creation date  and time but when looking with get info it shows creation time five hours in front ( the photos in question where taked in Manhatan Newyork, five hours behind us in uk). I have tried to modify the time manually for time zone back five hours in edit but when changing the time to correct value it also canges the date to current date.  Life is never simple, any help appreciated. Thanks.
