Organiser can I save the content

Question

I have a problem with Oganiser on Elements 10: the organiser starts to open but stalls at "opening work space". Edit works.

I have tried a few tweaks recommened here to no avail.

If I disinstall the program and reinstall do I lose the content. The content is the important bit. I have 3 slide shows of our kids when young . These are not completed but have 2 or 300 slides each. Quite a lot of sorting.

If I buy Elements 2021 would I be able to transfer the content of Elements 10?

You don't lose the content when you uninstal the program. The photo/video files are still there on your computer as well as your catalogs which contain the information about your pictures (location on your disks as well as your tags and albums).
