Organizer 2018 Slide Show

The slide show doesn't work. It starts off by creating a memories slide show automatically. Then it previews the show with a dark blank screen so I can't see anything.

I tried another catalog with the same results

I have windows 10

    Hi,

    When starts playing the slideshow, do you hear any music?

    Does the timeline show the slideshow running?

    Are your images all JPGs or what types are they?

    I just started it up and now everything is working. I can see the slide show and can now customize.

    Before I could hear the music and change it, just couldn't see it. They are all JPGs.
