Organizer 2019 Search Doesn't Let Me Load Photo Editor

Question

I'm running Elements 2019 on Windows 10 and I can link quite happily from the grid view to the photo editor. However if I use the search function I cannot go from the gallery of pictures displayed by the search to editting a picture without going back to the grid first.

This seems a bit clunky to me, but maybe it's the expected behaviour of the software?

It's not a bug, it's by design.You are either in the usual browsing room or in the special AI powered search room.Once you realize that to get all the functions of the organizer in the usual browsing room, you have to remember to get back there.The penalty is a single click on the < back arrow.The advantage is that in many cases you don't want to leave the AI  room before trying several searches to optimize your query.
