Organizer 2021 Locks up and Crashes on Win 10

I'm running on a new Dell XPS 17 running Windows 10. Everything is up to date. Elements Photoshop and Premier seem to work fine.  When I bring up Organizer, it comes up and progressively uses more and more of my laptop's CPU and memory, locks up, and eventually crashes. I tried to turn off the facial recognition function, but it comes up enabled every time.
