Organizer Changes Previously Assigned Places

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and am on an iMac 10.12.4.

I have so many problems with this program hanging, etc. Now I have noticed that some of my previously assigned places have been changed. I assigned specific addresses to some of my photos but some of them no longer have that address assigned. They have been moved to an address near the one that was assigned but it is inaccurate. So the hours that I have spent on this were a HUGE waste of time.

WHEN WILL THESE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS IN THE ORGANIZER BE FIXED? This software has become more than just a pain in the neck to get around the bugs. It has basically become unusable. I have upgraded twice, thinking that the bugs would be fixed. I won't be upgrading again.
