Organizer i Photoshop 9

Jeg har købt en ny Pc'er som naturligvis er ankommet med Windows 10 installeret. Efter at have installeret Photoshop Elements 9, kan jeg ikke starte Organizeren, men får følgende fejl: "DirectX could not be initialized". DirectX er installeret, men det kan måske have noget med versioner at gøre?

HI,

Please go to :

Control Panel >>Programs >> Programs and Features >> Turn Windows Features on or Off

Then choose Direct Play under Legacy Components – see images below

Now try launching Elements Organizer and let us know if the issue persists.

When I go to

Control Panel >>Programs >> Programs and Features >> Turn Windows Features

on or Off

I can't see Legacy components, and the two links you have sent are not

working.

Then choose Direct Play under Legacy Components – see images below
