Organizer njavigation disorder

Question

I go to People, unnamed.  I select a face and "add name."  I enter a name or verify a name that has already been applied.  When I hit the check mark, the screen usually reverts to the empty People screen, and any scrolling down I have done is gone.  Usually, I have to hit "Places" then "People" to continue.  This strange programming behavior has been a problem for every edition of PSE I have used.  Is there a way for me to communicate my concern to those responsible for PSE programming?

Your description is not clear to me. Are you saying:

you scroll down the UnNamed People room until you get to a face stack that you want to name
you click on the stack and use the Add Name command to name that person
when you hit the check mark or click OK, the UnNamed People room becomes empty with no more face stacks to name?

I have been using face recognition in the People Room since it was first introduced. I have never seen or heard of such a problem. If I have not properly diagnozed your issue, please explain it in more detail and if possible provide some screenshots or a video capture of your screen to demonstrate it.

What are the specs of your computer (CPU, GPU and RAM)?

How many media files do you have in your catalog?

Do you have the Hide Small Stacks box checked or unchecked?

Do you use the Don't Show Again command to remove unwanted people stacks?
