Organizer right-click menu appear on the wrong screen

Hi,

I really like the PhotoShop Element Organizer, but there is a bug that is very annoying.

The right-click menu does not appear on the wrong screen!

I am using the Dell Docking Station D3100

It allows me to connect 2 monitors on my laptop.

But everytimes I try to use the right-click menu in the Organizer, the right-menu menu appear on the laptop screen, in a very small resolution (unreadable).

The only way to solve this is (that I have found):

1- move the Organizer to the laptop screen, so I can use the right-lick menu

2- avoid the right-menu and try to find where to get the same features from the main menu (at the top of the Organizer)

Option 1 is not great, since my laptop screen is much smaller and Organizer is best use on a large screen.  So I keep moving back the Organiser to the larger screen to view more photos.

Option 2 is not great, since its much easier to use the right-click menu on a photo versus trying to find which main menu allows to do the same thing.

Please fix this bug quickly.  I dont have this issue on any other software runnig on Windows 10.

I am on Windows 10 Pro, with 16 Go Ram, 64 Bits, Intel I7.

I really like the PhotoShop Element Organizer, but this bug that is very annoying...
