Organizer stops working because it's trying to go to Adobe Revel site

When I open Organizer it opens and provides me with the sign in screen to log.  When I log on the circle starts to spin and then I get the following:

{Elements 12 Organizer has stopped working} / [A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.]

Organizer stops working because it's trying to go to Adobe Revel site which is shut down, how do I change the setting for the program to stop asking for a sign in or to update the program to go to a different web site  that will accept my sign on? 

I am using Elements 12 Organizer (64bit) on a PC that is windows 10.

    Scott,

    Does the organizer open if you open a new empty catalog?
    You keep the shift key pressed when lauching the organizer.

    If it opens, can you 'deactivate' the Revel agent from the preference menu?

    I am just guessing, I never met this problem before.
