OS Sonoma PS Elements

Have bought and paid Photoshop Elements and registered it on Adobe. Mac OS Sonoma with latest update. Can't download PS Elements, gets a dialog box but when I press the "download" button (which is white and not blue) nothing happens. If I right-click on the download button, it will only be a white box.
