Outdated version Element 5 Photoshop purchased but no longer can download

Hello, I purchased Element 5 and while I was trying to download windows 10, I backed out but in the meantime lost all my programs. I would like to re download Element 5 which I did purchase and it does show that I had, yet I cannot do that from my account. Had I been sent a Disc, I wouldn't have this issue. Can someone please help? I understand support is no longer available, but I am just asking to allow me to download something I purchased...old as it is.
