Package lost with serial number

Hello,

I bought Photoshop elements out of the box so I could put it on future computers, it's been a year and now I have a new Laptop but I seem to have lost the Package that had my photoshop elements serial code.  How do I go about finding that number so I can fully down load it to my new lap top in addition to my desktop that already has it???

PS really frustrated I cant just email Adobe support, it's taken me a long time to get to this forum and I dont prefer them since it means I'll have to find this discussion again down the road to see any responses.
